EVENTS: 3.5 & 4.0 Men’s, Women’s & Mixed Doubles *PLEASE NOTE: Due to court availability the Men’s & Women’s Doubles are limited to the first 6 Teams that enter each division, the Mixed Doubles is limited to the first 12 teams that enter each division.ELIGIBILITY: Open to all players who hold current 3.5 & 4.0 USTA NTRP Ratings

Men’s & Women’s Doubles – Saturday, July 18, 2009 – 12:30pm to 4:00pm
Mixed Doubles – Sunday, July 19, 2009 – 12:30m to 4:00pm

VENUE NOTIFICATION: By e-mail at 6:00pm Thursday, July 16th
FORMAT: Each team will play 8 to 10 games (no add scoring) versus everyone in their group of 6 teams.
AWARDS: Winners and Finalists in all divisions will receive prizes. All players will receive a towel.
ENTRY FEES: $50.00/Team for OCCTA Members; $56.00/Team for Non-Members (plus a $5.00/team Active.com service charges – All entries must be made on line)
